The intelligent welding workstation project for railway Wagon under frames at CRRC Meishan Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. comprises four parts: a positioner, a welding robot, a teach-free welding system, and an information system. The project enables teach-free automated welding of freight car under frames, and the information system provides intelligent management of the entire process from production planning/work orders and process documents to final product completion.

 This project is applicable to the under frame welding of open wagons, flatcars, and some export wagons with lengths of 8-18 meters and widths of 3 meters for national railway use.
