This project includes 2 production lines, including 1 single type production line and 1 final assembly production line. Each production line includes a corrugated pipe flipper, assembly workstation, welding workstation, weld processing workstation, accessory assembly workstation, and production line control information system. The production line mainly completes the assembly of single type products, duplex products, and pressure balanced products, including the assembly of corrugated pipes and flanges/end pipes/intermediate pipes, welding of corrugated pipes and flanges/end pipes/intermediate pipes, weld polishing, weld penetration testing, accessory assembly, production line information control and application, etc. Both the single assembly line and the final assembly line are compatible with the production needs of both single and multiple types of products, and can be produced simultaneously on two lines; The pressure balanced type is produced jointly by a single assembly line and a final assembly line. The single assembly line produces the middle part, and the final assembly line performs final assembly operations on the middle and side parts.
